These Terms of Service govern your use of MyAFH, including public directory pages, operator portal features, and related administrative tools.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Scope

MyAFH provides a directory and operational tools for adult family home discovery and listing management. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and current information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials.
  • You are responsible for actions taken through your account.
  • You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Listing and Content Rules

Operators are responsible for listing content, including descriptions, photos, rates, services, and claim verification details. Content must be truthful, lawful, and not misleading.

We may moderate, suspend, or remove content that violates these terms, legal requirements, or platform policies.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features are available through paid plans and add-ons. Billing terms, renewals, and cancellation workflows are displayed in the billing area. Prices and plan features may change with advance notice.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
  • Interfering with platform reliability, security, or availability.
  • Submitting malicious code, deceptive content, or impersonating another party.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, trademarks, and branding are owned by MyAFH and its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us rights to host and display it as needed to provide the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyAFH and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security concerns.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
